Once you’ve chosen your English Bulldog puppy. We will email you the puppy contract via DocuSign. View, print, and READ the full Puppy Contract. Complete your e-signature via DocuSign. Bluegrass Bulldogs will send your AKC papers once final payment and signed contracts have been received.

Note: Please have the contract back to us before your puppy is 2 weeks of age. If they are already 2 weeks of age please sent it back to us as soon as possible. We need this paperwork to complete AKC papers and other information on our end. Thank you.
